3.2 Consequences of Failing Verification

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, gj99 may temporarily suspend the account and delay or reject withdrawal requests. All transactions on the account may be restricted until verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on gj99 receive a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To use this bonus, a turnover of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount must be completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the turnover requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be claimed until the terms of a current bonus have been met.

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gj99 platform:

• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any unauthorized technology.
• Collusion (dishonest arrangements with other players).
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems or software.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, gj99 reserves the right to close the account without notice, confiscate funds, and notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

9.1 Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your gj99 account at any time. The request must be submitted to the gj99 support team by email or via live chat. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw all valid balance before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by gj99

gj99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
